Terms and Conditions

Age Requirement: The Platform is rated 3+ on the Google Play Store and is intended for users aged 3 and above. Users under the age of 18 are considered minors under the laws of Bangladesh and must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account or making any purchase. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

Eligibility: To access certain features, quizzes, and premium content, you must register and create an account with Praxix Academy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information up to date.

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at praxix.academy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Prohibition on Account Sharing: Each account is for single-user access only. Sharing login credentials with multiple individuals, or using a single subscription for commercial or classroom-wide distribution without prior written consent from Praxix Academy, is strictly prohibited. Praxix Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where unauthorised sharing or multi-device abuse is detected, subject to the process described in Section 9.

Purpose: Praxix Academy uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain login sessions, personalise your learning experience, and analyse Platform traffic for performance improvements.

Consent: By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy & Data Security Policy. You may manage or disable cookies through your browser or device settings; however, doing so may limit certain Platform features.

Ownership: All content on the Platform — including but not limited to quiz questions, model tests, performance analytics, graphics, user interface design, logos, text, software, and instructional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Praxix Academy or our licensed partners and is protected under applicable Bangladeshi and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limited Licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, download, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent. Praxix Academy reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies under the Copyright Act, 2000 (Bangladesh) and other applicable laws in response to any intellectual property infringement.

Reporting Infringement: If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to praxix.academy@gmail.com detailing the copyrighted work, the infringing content, and your contact information. We will review and act on valid notices promptly.

Platform Modifications: Praxix Academy is committed to continuous improvement. We reserve the right to alter, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, question bank, interface, or part of the Platform at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of significant changes that materially affect your use of the Platform.

Pricing Updates: Subscription plans, pricing tiers, and promotional offers may be updated periodically. Any pricing changes will be communicated on the Platform in advance. Continued use of the Platform following a pricing update constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing. Details on billing cycles and renewals are governed by our Purchase, Payment & Refund Policy.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features or digital rights management mechanisms on the Platform.
• Use automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers to extract content or data from the Platform.
• Post, transmit, or share any offensive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful material in any community forum, chat feature, or support channel on the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the underlying source code, algorithms, or servers of the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction applicable to you.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Digital Service: Praxix Academy is an entirely digital platform. Upon successful payment verification through our integrated payment gateway(s), access to your subscribed premium content or features will typically be activated within a few minutes.

Technical Delays: In rare instances of technical or payment gateway synchronisation issues, activation may take up to 24 hours. If your access is not enabled within this timeframe, please contact our support desk at praxix.academy@gmail.com with your transaction reference details.

“As-Is” Provision: While we strive for accuracy in our study materials, quiz questions, and solutions, all content is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Praxix Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Praxix Academy, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your active subscription.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Bangladesh. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Praxix Academy shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, government actions, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate updates through our Platform or registered contact channels.

By You: You may permanently delete your account at any time directly through the platform’s Settings panel. Please note that account deletion is permanent and irrevocable. Once an account is deleted, all associated personal data, course progress, academic history, and platform records will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered or restored.

Account deletion or deactivation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility remains strictly governed by our Purchase, Payment & Refund Policy.

By Praxix Academy: Praxix Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach this Agreement, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Platform, or if we are required to do so by law. Where feasible and not legally restricted, we will notify you via your registered email before taking such action and provide you with an opportunity to respond within 7 (seven) days.

Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal to support@praxix.academy within 14 (fourteen) days of the suspension or termination notice. We will review your appeal and respond within 10 (ten) business days.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 (thirty) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Praxix Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 (fourteen) days’ prior notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
